Outbound Sales Representatives
Job Responsibilities
- Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
- Address customer concerns via phone and/or email
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of sales and telemarketing in a BPO setup
- Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
- Willing to take on leadership and/or extra responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
- Experience in handling teams or taking on extra responsibilities
- Knowledge in SEO
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
